Tips for growing sprouts:

~ Genetically modified and aged beans cannot produce sprouts. You must use fresh beans from that year. It is recommended to buy them at the local agricultural market.

~ Ensure that the ambient temperature is less than or equal to 32 degrees Celsius, otherwise the germination rate of soybeans will be seriously affected, and even rotten beans. It is recommended to use green, red, or black beans to germinate when summer temperatures are greater than 32 degrees Celsius.

~ Identify and discard damaged and broken beans (especially rotten beans), which can improve the growth rate and quality of sprouts.

~ Be sure to do a good job of shading, and place the product in a dark place for cultivation.

~ Water needs to be changed once a day to ensure that the sprouts are hygienic and fresh.

~ Pure sprouts are thinner than those bought outside, because the sprouts you made yourself have not added any chemicals, but the sprouts purchased outside have added a lot of chemical catalyst.

Precautions:

~ When growing mung beans, be careful not to place them in a place with a light source, otherwise the bean sprouts with green leaves are bitter. In addition, the root of the bean sprouts needs to be cut off, otherwise it will be bitter to fry.

~ Generally, the amount of dried beans is 120g. This product can cultivate 1.5kg-2.0kg of bean sprouts.

Soy bean sprouts of ~ 3-4 cm are more nutritious; green bean sprouts are more nutritious when they grow to about 2 cm. Vitamin C can reach 180 mg per 500 grams.
